I need some good treatment for constipation and gas.

I am 28 and my going to the bathroom is very abnormal. I go maybe once a day or 3 times in a week. I notice that I may have constipation. I also notice that when I gas, the smell is strong and also smell like a dead thing. This is not good. I also have been experiencing migraines. I also notice that I begin to get sick when I have not stool for sometimes. Could you please advice on what to take?
