I need some help please.I am worried that my over ejaculation will destroy me,so please if you are familiar with the topic, reply. Thanks

I am 15 years old,i ejaculate 3-4 times a day for the past 2-3 years, which I know is really too much.So now I am getting some fuzzy vision, lower back pain and I am always tired,i sleep 12-14 hrs a day and sometimes more.I decided to stop it completely, and I am now doing cardio for 30 mins daily and will start reducing my ejaculation or even stopping it completely. So my question is,after I stop it,will the symptoms still occur?Or will the body just heal on its self,so will the fuzzy vision stay?will i have to sleep that much aswell? And other things i heard that the heart works harder to increase production of semen and their are some chemical changes in the body.So will this all on its self by time?Or should i see a doctor and ask for medication?

Hello And Greetings From Ayurvedic Cure

Over ejaculation is not good for health at all as you are experiencing sexual problem along with other health problems. Its good that you have started cardio to regain stamina but one need to take extra herbal supplements for over all benefits and to recover from side effects of Over masturbation. Also whenever the person is aroused heart beat is tend to increase it is normal due to increase in venous blood flow.

We will recommend to take shilajit capsules twice a day after meal with Milk. Take Shilajit regularly for recovering the stamina and power. Also we recommend to take Kapikachhu capsules as this helps in increasing the sperm count.

Use combination for minimum period of three months to get desired results.

Further queries are always welcome.
