increase weight

i m 20 …. my height is 5’5 … my weight is 45 kg …..i have tried gymming but could not not see considerable change in myself……my lever is not able to digest oily food … i m in my college from 8:30am to 5pm in my college…….please set a diet schedule for me which may include eggs ,milk, banana…….

You need to include the protein in your diet as it increases the muscle in the body. So start with low protein diet. Take small meals in divided form. Do not sleep empty stomach. Milk is very necessary so drink at least twice a day. Slowly increase the diet.

Choose high calorie foods. Fry or deep fry to have extra calories. Also add chocolate to diet in limited portion as it is very good source of calories. Eat fried meat as it is also good source of Calories. Add butter, peanuts fish etc to increase the calories.

you need to eat more 300- 500 calories .that is if you eat 1500 calories than you want to eat 1800-2100 calories per day.your weight is 91 pound you need to eat 1900 calories per day than you gained 18 pound in a month
