Hello, Greetings from Ayurvediccure.com. The problem you have specified seems that you are suffering from body heat. Unfortunately, modern medical science has no ’satisfying’ answer for this since they may consider this as some alteration in basal metabolic rate (mainly increased).
Ayurveda tackles this problem uniquely and also effectively! According to Ayurveda, increased body heat is solely due to Pitta Dosha that has gone out of its normalcy and has vitiated. Increase in Pitta Dosha is due to plenty of reasons such as diet rich in oily, spicy food, intake of fermented food (such as pizza, bread, pickles etc) etc.
Smoking and drinking any kind of alcohol, carbonated water, sodas and up to certain extent even tea and coffee can also increase Pitta Dosha. If you do not have proper meal timings, you may also suffer from increased Pitta Dosha. Not all people will suffer from increased Pitta due to these reasons but people like you might already have more PItta then other Doshas (called as Pitta prakriti). People like you should take care of things we described.
Now the solution – Ayurveda is full of herbs and formulas that help in controlling the PItta Dosha. Go for Amla, Avipattikar Churna, Shatavari (don’t get confused, it helps in decreasing the body heat along with its ‘woman friendly’ action).
We also suggest you to practice Sheetali Pranayama that removes the body heat. Also, avoid citrus fruits, chillies and garlic. Non vegetarian diet is to be fully restricted. Regularly, take Triphala so that you have good bowel movements since constipation may also aid in body heat. Continue the therapy we specified for about 2-3 months in order to see good results.
Regards.
