Indigestion is a disorder of digestive function characterized by discomfort or nausea or heartburn. Consumption of high fat food causes indigestion. The normal symptoms of indigestion are nausea, burning sensation, bloated feeling, and heartburn.

Make a fine powder of two grams of oregano seeds, two grams of rock salt and two grams of cumin seeds. Squeeze one lime to it and have this mixture with lukewarm water to ease your stomach pains.
Eat two ripe bananas with yoghurt daily for a week. Eating spicy foods stimulates constipation. Avoid spicy and junk foods during such time.
Mix half teaspoon carom seeds and two pinches of rock salt. Chew it and wash it down with water to lessen stomach problems.
