irregular menstrual due to low TSH.

`Hi, i’ve got irregular menstrual from the beginning , my blood test result says very low TSH – thyroid stimulating harmone.. am 23 year old now , married , am trying to conceive … please help me .. i want to know the diet for this as well as appropriate medicine which doesnt cause any side effects.. please help me..
