Hello and greetings from Ayurvediccure.com
LGMD is called Limb girdle muscular dystrophy. This is an inherited disease and is caused by the inefficiency of muscles to form certain proteins required for their normal functioning. The disease generally affects from 10-30 years of age. Both males and females are equally affected and disease is more severe when symptoms appear in early childhood. The disease may lead to heart and lung muscle weakness in severe cases and may be fatal. There is no cure for this disease so far. IN Ayurveda we have a anti aging and metabolism regulator herb Shilajit and a herb for strengthening muscles and bones named as Shallaki. We recommend you to use both these herbs for some relief in your problem. Shallaki has anti inflammatory and analgesic affect. It helps in healing muscular and bone injuries. It strengthens bones, muscles, cartilages and tendons, ligaments in our body. Shilajit is best known anti aging agent and is a string health booster. It helps in regularizing body functions, hormone secretions and other vital functions. So a combined course of both these medicines will surely give you relief in your symptoms and help in slowing the progression of your disease. We recommend you a regular course of both these medicines for best results.
