Is there any herbal cure avilable for sinus tachy brady syndrome?

Following an anterior wall myocardial infarction and left ventricle dysfunction, I have developed sinus bradycardia (infrequent and less symptomatic). I have been advised electrophysiologic study and permanent pacemaker implantation. I would very much like to know if there is an effective cure for the said cardiac condition which would not necessitate the need for an artificial pacemaker.
