  Hello,
  I’ve been using Shilajeet for about a month, together with other herbal remedies (margusa, trifyla and a detoxifier) and a diet without meat, all this with a view to improving my urticaria. Things seem to have gone better since starting the treatment, but now, as my period is delayed, i’ve started being worried about possible side effects of shilajeet on a pregnancy. My question is: does this medecine have any demonstrated negative effects on the embryo?

  There is no any side effect of Shilajit. Shilajit is a general body tonic and immunity booster. There has been no any side effect on menstrual cycle noticed so far. It is a tonic for urogenital system and is being used in the treatment of irregular menstruation. But we do not recommend any medicine in pregnancy, not even herbal medicines.   I have pre ejaculation problem (fall down during 4 play) so i had seen on a website for this Baba Ramdev complete pack of sexual problem in man in which there was given- 1. Divya vasant kusumaker ras, 2.Divya makardhwaj, 3.Godanti Bhasm, 4.Yauvanamrit vati, 5.Shilajeet sat.
