Is there any treatment available for shrinked penis due to heavy masturbation?

Hi, I have been masturbating since 15, am 26 now. I have stopped now (trying too) because my penis has shrinked and is shrinking. It also feels very soft, and find it hard to get erections. I have not seen a doctor so please help me. What do u advice me???
