Masterbation harmed my bone development

Dear Sir:

Since I started masturbation before puterty set in, my bone hasn\’t developed well during puterty. Now I\’m 21 years. I\’m 168cm in height, and as a male, my bones are not that thick and strong as it should be at this age. I have already give up masturbation, but any idea how I can re-activate the growth of bones just like puberty times? Any medician recommendation or yogic exercise is ok. Thank you.

In younger age it is very easy to increase the Bone density with right foods and exercises. there are various exercises that can add to bone density. But before starting the exercise consult doctor to make sure that you have no bone related disorder and your spine is fit enough to bear weight.
You can simply increase the Bone density by running around or with aerobics.Regular exercising is very necessary to build up bone density. Avoid over stressing on the bones with the weight lifting.
Nutritional diet rich in Vitamins and calcium is good to increase the bone density. Main Vitamin is Vitamin D as it helps to consume calcium.
There should be enough of above two in body to maintain healthy bone density.

Green leafy vegetables, cereals, all types of meat,egg and all dairy products. Also take low protein diet.
