My penis shrinked after over masturbation- Please help.

Since the age of 14 I have been masturbating. At around about 16 my penis started to shrink and the foreskin on the penis shaft is overlapping (when flaccid). It would be around 2 inches and have done some research and come to the conclusion that it was because of over masturbation. When erect it is decent size but the size when flaccid does worry me some times. Can you recommend me some type of medicine and some types of exercises that could be performed during the course also have you come across with patients of this problem before, if so what measures were taken to produce good results. I’ve been masturbating since I was about 13 and my penis has shrunk. I would masturbate like 8 times a day hour after hour plus on top have sex. Now im 17 and it seems as though I lost a inch now my penis is 7in. instead of 8in. My erections are also very weak. I don’t have any money to buy any special products.
