My wife is taking treatment for piles from some time but not completely benefitted. What is best for piles?

My wife had piles problem, you told me to take Triphala and x- piles tablet, but still she get bleeding and burning what to do next.

Your wife is taking Triphala and X-piles for some time which is very good for her problem. Bleeding piles are very dangerous if bleeding is very high and needs immediate surgical intervention. But if bleeding is not very prominent and she is improving, tell her to maintain her course of treatment for some time regularly. These are herbal medicines which acts slowly and you can feel the difference after regular course of two three months. You can increase the dose of triphala from one capsule twice a day to two capsule twice a day for good results. Taking more fruits and vegetables in diet are equally important. She should take almost four five liters of water daily. Further queries are welcome.
