Natural cure for prostate enlargement

The prostate gland is a walnut shaped organ located below the bladder in men. The main function of the prostrate gland is to add a specific fluid to the sperm before it discharges from the penis during ejaculation. Prostrate problems can be quite debilitating as they interfere with a man’s ability to urinate or have sex.

The prostate gland tends to enlarge as a man ages and increases the pressure on the urethra. Enlarged prostrate is also known as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and is a non-cancerous disorder of the prostrate gland. This disorder is characterized by frequent urination, pain and discomfort while urinating, difficulty in starting or stopping the flow of urine and dribbling after urination.

Natural remedies for enlarged prostate:

Bee pollen: This is also known as nature’s complete food and is a rich source of antioxidants and flavonoids. Bee pollen supplements are a sure shot remedy for enlarged prostrate and are known to shrink the prostrate gland within 6 months.
