Natural remedies for Dyspepsia

Dyspepsia is also known as indigestion and is a common complaint arising due to intake of a faulty diet. Dyspepsia is caused by several factors such as overeating, eating too fast or not chewing the food properly. Allergies to certain foods, intake of fried and spicy foods, excessive smoking and intake of alcohol can also cause dyspepsia.

Dyspepsia is accompanied by pain in the abdomen, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, feeling of fullness in the stomach, coated tongue, foul breath and excessive gas.

Natural treatment for Dyspepsia:

Lemon juice is considered to be one of the best natural remedies for treating dyspepsia. It works by removing the harmful acids and other toxic substances from the digestive system and promotes a healthy appetite. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and add it to a glass of water. Drink this several times during the day to boost digestion.

Orange juice is also highly beneficial for the prevention and treatment of dyspepsia. It gives rest to the digestive organs and supplies the body with vital nutrients. It also stimulates the flow of digestive juices and enhances appetite. Drink 1 glass of orange juice everyday for best results.

Take 3-10 g of turmeric powder and add it to a glass of buttermilk. Drink this twice a day to cure dyspepsia.

G-Zyme supplements are highly beneficial for treating dyspepsia and its associated symptoms. It is recommended to take G-Zyme herbal dietary supplements in the form of vegetable capsules for best results.
