Soak in water overnight fenugreek seeds; the seeds have to be mashed and filtered in the morning. Drink everyday with water. Drink half a cup of bitter gourd or bitter melon juice daily; alternately, add salt and spices to fried bitter melon and eat it. Mix equal quantity of powdered turmeric and gooseberry and add to honey; take this on a regular basis.
Mix equal quantity of juice of turmeric and gooseberry; take this daily on empty stomach. Boil three or four mango leaves in water; drink this when warm. Chew jamun leaves three to four in numbers daily in the morning as well as in the evening in case your blood sugar is very high. Alternately mash these leaves, put this in water and drink.
Put 60 gm of fresh jamun in 300ml of boiling water and close the lid. Mash the soaked jamun after half an hour. Drink this thrice a day. Mix in one liter of water, three tbsp of powdered cinnamon; heat for twenty minutes, filter and drink when warm. Chew one each of bilva and neem leaves in the morning.
Take almonds soaked in water overnight on an empty stomach. Take 10 leaves each of basil, belpatras and neem with one glass of water in the morning when your stomach is empty. Wash the green plantain peels, soak it in water; take the resultant water 3 to 4 times daily. Take 2 tbsp of apple-cider vinegar thrice daily. Consume more of soybeans, cucumbers, celery, onion, string beans and garlic.
