Natural Therapies for Wrinkles
Although no one really wants to become aged and wrinkled, it is a normal part of the aging process. If we are lucky enough, we will all get to experience a long, happy life.
The anticipation of life
When our life begins, we anxiously anticipate growing older. We wait impatiently for those important, exciting milestones, such as starting school, reaching our “teen” years, getting our driver’s permit, going on our first date, starting college, getting married, and having children. It seems to take forever to get to the “good” part of life and things can’t happen fast enough.
The cycle repeated
Before we know it, we complete the above stages and, all of a sudden, we are watching our own children go through the same cycle of events. The best part of life is witnessing your children going through the very same things that you experienced yourself.
Arrival at the final destination
Eventually, we all start showing our age and slowing down. Wrinkles and gray hair arrive, reminding us that we have finally arrived at that “coveted” destination we all looked forward to reaching. We start wanting to turn back the clock now so that time will not move so fast. We can cover the gray hair but what about the wrinkles?
Here are some home remedies you can try to help diminish the severity of those age-revealing marks:
Home remedies for Wrinkles
Add turmeric to 2 tsp of sugarcane juice – apply directly to face and wash off after about 10-15 minutes; mix honey into 1 tsp of ginger – apply to the face to delay wrinkles and to make your skin radiate; apply juice from fresh grapes to the face and do not rinse; use the core from a fresh pineapple to rub over your face – you can see the wrinkles reducing in size & severity right before your eyes.
Apply juice from fresh pineapple directly to face – leave on for 20 minutes – rinse; coconut oil can be applied all over the body, including the face, to reduce the effect of wrinkles; rub egg whites directly to the area under the eyes – allow it to dry for a little while, then rinse; apply castor oil to the neck and under-eye area to reduce wrinkles.
Make a solution by mixing 2 tablespoons of yogurt, ½ tsp of honey, ½ tsp of lemon juice, and contents of 3 capsules of Vitamin E. Mix well in a bowl and apply to neck and face areas – leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse; drink 8 glasses of water each day to keep the skin fully hydrated.
