Natural treatment for losing hair
If you are losing hair, try to keep your scalp as clean as possible by often washing your scalp. Always avoid harsh shampoos, emotional stress and anxiety. Regularly drink plenty of water with an interval. Foods which are rich in vitamin A, zinc, vitamin C, calcium, protein and iron are particularly necessary in your daily diet as iron deficiency and lack of protein can also trigger hair loss.
Consuming nuts is also very helpful. Having a regular glass of Fresh fruits like guava, papaya, mangoes and citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, are very good.
The other reasons are severe dandruff, rapid weight loss, serious illnesses like post-surgery are conditions which normally trigger hair fall as well. So always, make sure you eat a balanced diet.
Dissolve two aspirins in any anti-dandruff shampoo, lightly massage into scalp and wash your hair after some times.
Slightly massage some aloe vera gel into your scalp. Leave it on for an hour and thenĀ rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat this procedure three times a week for a month.
Hot oil therapy is good method to cure dandruff. Massage hot oil into the scalp before going bed. You can use coconut oil or even almond oil. Next early morning an hour before bath, rub lemon juice mixed with cosmetic vinegar into the scalp. Later give the hair a good wash with an egg shampoo.
Use some almond oil to massage your scalp. Dip a towel in hot water, squeeze lightly and wrap it around the hair for an hour. Repeat this thrice or four times until the towel becomes little cold.
Mix cosmetic vinegar two tablespoons into hot water six tablespoons. Dip cotton and dab tightly into the scalp. Part the hair with a comb as you apply the mixture all over the scalp. This should be preferably done before going to bed. Generally to avoid staining on the pillow, you can tie a scarf over your hair tightly. Wash off your hair next early morning with shampoo.
