Pleaae give some remedy to reshape sagging breasts?

My cousin’s age is 31. She is unmarried. But she accidentally met an abortion for 5 yrs back and also she looks like very slim.( at present she is OK .weight ;47 ) breasts look like very sagging. Any creams available for firming, lifting and tightening the breasts?
