Please give some medicine for early discharge of semen?

Dear sir,
I am suffering from early discharge problem, after penetration it takes hardly 10 second and I am out. If I am doing foreplay than it should be 5 second. So please give me proper advice and also tell how to take medicine and if anything special in diet?
