Please give some treatment for skin problem on face.

I have this dry skin above my lip. It goes away after it peels and then comes back. Sometimes it even spreads onto my lip and has little bumps on the lip. This has been going on for about 4-5 months now. I’ve tried carmex, moisturizers even applecider vinegar. Any suggestions????
