Please suggest the best possible combination of herbal medicines.

I have read various articles and have multiple treatments plans. I would like to try such as Ashwagandha for relaxation, Neem/Haemafin for blood purification; Triphala/Morslim-z for constipation and weight control; Gynol syrup for regularizing my menstral period; lastly Shahnaz Hussan Shaclove-cream/shanaz hussain shabright-clear- one question about this cream is – would this lighten my complexion. I am not trying to bleach my skin. My next concern is, would it be advisable to take all this courses at the same time. Could you advice on what combination or course to start now that would not be too much pressure on my system. Thanks and I can wait to tryout these treatments.
