problem in errection and premature ejaculation…want to do the sex but dfnd,fnd

Dear sir
 
I m doing musterbation since from last 18 years and I m unmarried..now i m 34 yrs old…and due to this i m feeling so much weakness in the body…My eyes goes down..and there is no energy…now if i musterbate automatically sometimes then i feel some strength going out from the body and i feel pain in my leg joints…and there is another problem of premature ejculation and due to this I m afraid of marrige…
 
I have stopped this…pls tell me sir is there any medicine by which i can get back mu stregth…and fell helthy..
