Hello And Greetings From Ayurvedic Cure

In medical terms there are two  terms  Azoospermia and Aspermia . Azoospermia refers to no sperm in semen i.e sperm count is zero. Aspermia refers to nill semen or no semen as you have written in your post. One shoiuld be very clear if he is having nill sperm in semen or no semen. both conditions are different.

Coming to Aspermia it is sought of Infertility. Men with this condition often feel urge to ejaculate but there is no semen to ejaculate. This can be possibly due to obstruction in path of ejaculation or ejaculation is going back in bladder rather than in urethra.

Please confirm us your condition so that we can give you best possible solution.

Thank you
