Hi. Im 19 year old and I suffer from overmasturbation side effects. Such as: Sexual weakness, tired most of the time, blurry vision, concentration problems, memory loss, hair loss, overall weakness, curved penis, depressed, lost my shinning face and weak erections.
Overmasturbation took away many good things about my health but it did not take away my willpower to fight against it. So now I stopped masturbation for 1 month and I now do weightraining/running 6 times a week and eating a very healthy diet! (6 meals a day) And drinking alot water/milk.
My daily meals include: brown rice, brown pasta, potatoes, brown bread, eggs, milk, cottage cheese, can tuna, chicken, salsa and soj sauce, raisins, bananas and salad/veggies.
Are these meals a good way to recover from overmasturbation side effects? And is there something else i can do/take to even recover faster from these side effects?
