my age is 22 i used to masturbate daily from many years, without using my hands and I use to masturbate with rubbing my penis with the bed while I sleep facing my chest toward the bed. I used to masturbate with the weak erection. Now I am moving to the traditional way but I am not getting harder and firmer erection for more time. It looks like weak erection. After reading article of masturbation from this site I had quit masturbation from three day. I also chew tobacco. What should I do to get firmer erection as I m going to marry a girl in 2 months.
