It has been established that mouthwash can remove the tooth discoloration. Rinse your mouth using mouthwash after you finish your meals thereby preventing accumulation of stains. Certain vegetables are capable of dissolving the molecules causing deep stains. These are cucumbers, sweet potatoes, broccoli, and carrots and including them in your diet will reduce tooth discoloration.
Brush your teeth twice a day after your meals. It has been found that if you rub your teeth with salt it removes the discoloration. After completion of brushing the teeth, you must use floss and clean in between the teeth. This will help in removing food particles in between your teeth thereby avoiding discoloration. If you chew sugarless gum immediately after meals you will find that it will remove any discoloration of teeth. Do not consume foods/ beverages that could cause stains on your teeth.
