Treatment for diabetes and BP through ayurveda, is it possible?

Hi, What is the treatment for Diabetes and BP. Can ayurveda be taken with allopathic medication. What is the natural form of treating Diabetes and bp. I am taking sadabahar and neem. Will Bitter guard (karela) help
