Treatment of Irregular Menstruation with Regunova and Gynol.

Hi
A while ago I wrote to you, my periods were irregular. You recommend I try Gynol syrup and Regunova Capsules. I purchase both, but when should I start using them? My last periods was 30 days ago. Is there anything else I should do (like a cleanse or fasting) before I start the treatment? Should I take them early in the mornings, after meals?
Also, I noticed spots during the month,(I am not pregnant). Would Gynol and Regunova help me with this? Or I have to use something else in addition to these two?
Lastly, I am getting lots of facial hair(upper lip and chin). By regulating the periods, get rid of these facial hairs forever?

Hello, I purchased Regunova Plus 2 bottles today. I want to know if the medicine should always be used in combination with Gynol Syrup. I started having the irregular period problem when I turned 25. When I was India I never had the problem. After I came to USA I started having the problem. I used Yasmin earlier as my gynecologist suggested they will help regulate the periods. What I have learnt is these pills don’t correct anything in the system and system is back to normal once I stop using the pills. I had some side effects due to the pills and stopped taking them. I am 29 now. I got married in Feb this year and used Yasmin birth control pills for a month since we don’t plan of having kids for another year. I want to correct this irregular period problem and don’t want to face any problems when I want to get pregnant. Will Regunova help me achieve help me with both irregular periods and also correct any problems other fertility problems? I had my last cycle on May 3rd. I should have my periods in first week on June but there are no symptoms ( I usually have pain in breasts a week before my periods start). Can I start taking medicine anytime? Can I take the medicine even during the days of my period? How long do I have to take this medicine?
