Want cure for erectile dysfunction after accident

I had an accident, in which I had a pelvic fracture and other complications too. I recovered from the accident, and even had Urethroplasty surgery but I got ED. The doc says the nerves are damaged and that’s the reason for this problem. Sometimes i get a minor erection but it is neither long in length nor in time. It has been nearly 3 years now but there is no major improvement.I am very much worried whether I will be getting cured or not. Please help me
