Weight Loss Diet for Hypothyroidism

  • hi im 28 yrs height 5.4 weight around 70kgs i have hypothyroid and gained after the delivery of the baby in 2005. Since then I have tried diets/exercises/slimming centers but nothing worked. Pleases advise a good balance diet helpful for thyroid as well also let me know any natural remedy to lose weight. thanx

      Hello, Greetings from Ayurvediccure.com. it seems your thyroid is still not under control which is why, you are getting overweight. Have you ever tried some medications that is herbal/natural with combination of diet and exercises? Have you ever tried Pranayama and Yoga?
