What are the causes of watery discharge from breasts?

What causes discharge from breasts, very often & very watery at times very thick & hard to draw out? Are breast firming & enlarging soaps & gels suitable for pregnant & breast feeding women?

Breasts are very delicate and important organ of body. These are composed of various fat layers, blood vessels and ducts. The secretions from breasts is mainly from these ducts. A watery or yellowish milky secretion comes out of nipple during pregnancy. Apart from pregnancy if some watery, blood stained or yellowish fluid comes out of the nipples, that could be a serious disease and needs immediate attention. This could be a sign of breast cancer. So a mammogram and physical examination is must for such patients.
Herbal breast enlargement serums and creams are safe for pregnant ladies and those who are giving breast feed. But one should consult their doctor before starting these medicines because all these medicines may not be herbal. Further queries are welcome.
