Thanks , my husband usually will not take much water. what will happen ? Is there any side effect . He eat fruits . Is maximum 2 tablets per day is enough for a day or he need more. Because your earlier conversation told 2 tablet this above answer telling one or two means he can take total 4 tablets per day. Explain.
