      Hello and greetings from Ayurvediccure.com

Piles are painful swellings of rectal blood vessels and can be bleeding or non bleeding. Mostly these are caused by chronic constipation but several other reasons are there like holding stool for long times, pregnancy, long time sitting jobs etc. These can be treated only if of 1st degree and rest can only be controlled with continuous medication. Triphala is the medicine of choice for constipation and piles. This is an Ayurvedic medicines composed of three different herbs having very good positive effects on whole GIT system. This medicines stimulates digestive juices, assists in complete digestion and passage of food through GIT, helps in better absorption and evacuation. It helps in relieving constipation and increases a natural peristaltic movement which in turn relieves piles. Triphala is natural health booster and is tridoshahara. It is good for bleeding piles as it pacifies pitta dosha. So we recommend a regular course of two to three months of this ayurvedic medicine for satisfactory results.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are good for your problem and try to increase water intake. Further queries are welcome.

      Regards.
