What is better to use for Eczema Neem, Khadir, or Bhringraga? If I’m using Triphala should I also use Trikatu; which is better between the two? I also use Shilajit everyday so I just want to know should I add Neem or the other suggested skin remedies and should I take both Trikatu and Triphala?
