What is the best Colon cleanser and what should be the daily routine for healthy life?

Hi, Can you please suggest best daily routine with all required Ayurvedic medicines e.g. what to take at what time and how many days should this program be used? I’m basically looking to remove mucus plaque and parasites from my stomach.

The main reason of constipation, Irritable bowel syndrome or many other problems is unhealthy and busy life style. Nobody has time for themselves and everybody is running behind money day and night. Exercises, outdoor games, yoga , meditation have no place in our daily routine. To keep our body healthy and fit one should sleep early and rise early in morning. One to two liters of water should be taken empty stomach daily and then walk in open for some time. This will naturally clean your whole GIT and colon and bring shine on face. After finishing daily routine one should do exercises or yoga for minimum half an hour. This will keep the whole body healthy and moving. This keeps our bowl and intestines movements normal and healthy stomach keeps full body healthy. If the Problem is sever you can take help of Triphala . This is best colon cleanser which cleans constipation without any pain or cramps and is non habit forming. This is a good source of anti oxidants too and helps to increase body immunity. Regular use of this medicine for two months will give you satisfactory results in your parasitic, mucus and colon problems. Take lots of living food like fresh fruits, vegetables and drink four to five liters of water daily. Further queries are welcome.
