What is the best treatment for colon problem ?

It seems that I have colon problem , it may colitis, I have
triphla , and now I have Kutzahan vati what I have to use now ?

Colon problems are very common these days due to busy life style. Low digestive fire and heavy , spicy , fast foods further increases the problem. Semi digested food goes into intestines which irritates colon and also not absorbed properly from the gut. Take Trikatu to increase digestive fire and facilitate proper digestion. It will also clear intestinal mucosa and colon from harmful end products that keep on depositing on the walls of GIT. start with Haritaki on place of trifla. Because haritaki is best colon cleanser and is carminative too.
Increase the amount of fresh fruits , vegetables and water in your daily diet. Continue this medicine for minimum two months for satisfactory results.
