What is the dose of Triphala Capsule.?

It is recommended to tale 2 x 2 capsule 2 times daily.I prefer the stool to be softer, can I take more capsules each time?

Triphala is one of the best herbal combination and is famous for its effect on multi systems of body. Trifla is powerful colon cleanser and clears bowl without any crams or pain. It is non habit forming and best for hemorrhoids or anorectal diseases. The prescribed dose is two capsules twice a day and it gives good results with in week or so. But if you want to increase its dose you should increase one capsule in night dose. For more good and fast results increase water intake and take lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
