What is the duration of course of kohinoor gold and is there any side effect ?

Hi , I got kidney stone last week , I am having shilajit black meuitem is does it get side effect or kidney stone just to inquire I am asking , khoninoor gold and orgy oil how many month I have to take to cure for life time please help , thanks .

Even shilajit you were taking should not have any side effects if properly manufactured.
