What is the effect of Gynol and Regunova on mensuration problem?

I am facing problem of irregular mensuration since I got married in 2007,Oct. Then I went to doctor who advised me progeluton for 3 months but it did n’t help me. Some say my fallopion tubes are blocked. I also had infection problem (white discharge). Are Gynol and Regunova the medicines for my problem?

Regunova Plus and Gynol Syrup both are very effective herbal medicines for irregular menses.
