What is the herbal treatment for insomnia & depression?

I am 62 yr old. I do not get night sleep. I lost 3-4 days in a week which causes, uneasiness, body pain, negative thoughts throughout day, feel tiresome, upset stomach, unhappy depressed mood, do not get sleep after taking pills. Taking milk with honey, massage with seasam oil and lauki, antioxidant with vitamin-B only give some soothing but do not cause sound sleep. Please advice.
