Hi, my wife had a problem of piles after pregnancy she gets blood in toilet , stomach burns and she had low blood pressure problem . What medicine she should use ?

Piles are caused due to continuous pressure on rectal blood vessels mostly due to constipation , pregnancy or some other reason. Bleeding in piles is due to increased pitta dosha in body. So to relax rectum , colon , constipation , piles and bleeding start with Triphala .This is the best herbal preparation for GIT problems. It normalizes the secretion of gastric juices hence fastens digestion and stops heart burn. It acts as carminative and anti flatulent.
