What is the permanent treatment for irregular menstrual cycle?

Hi , I am suffering from irregular periods for years now. I had surgery for PCOD, I got my periods for a couple of months on time and now its like every 2 or 3 months. Would Regunova Plus tablets help? What are the side effects, how long do I have to use the tablets? Oh when I do get my periods the bleeding is heavy and its painful and last for 5 to 7 days. Please help.

Hi , I am suffering from irregular periods from years I have used the tablets called triquilar for 3months I got my periods for a couple of months on time and now its like every 2 or 3 months.i have no PCOD in my scan report and all reports like TSH,FSH,PROLACTIN,etc are normal.please suggest me a medicine to regularise my periods without any side effects.how long do I have to use the tablets?when I get my periods the bleeding is very light not even 3days i am getting

hello, i have had irregular periods since i was 13 yrs old. i am 20 now.initially i had a gap of 3-4 months between periods. now its reduced to 1-2 months. i have had my medical tests done & my hormonal level & ultrasound & everything else was normal. even when i have periods now, the flow is very less compared to what i had before. can you advice me something please.

My TSH was 7 now it has reduced to 5 i get periods every alternate month. Im doing Sarwang asan and have started taking Aloe Vera Juice to regulate my thyroid. Hi, I have problem of irregular periods and also have PCOD problem. I also have thyroid problem for which I am taking medicine. I have been married for seven years and trying for child for last three years. I had pregnancy one year back but resulted in miscarriage. You are suggesting( regunova plus) for Irregular periods,but I saw the ingredients in ur website ,where it is telling about urinary bleeding and related urinary infections.But i dont have such kind of problems.I have only irregular periods,if period come to me i dont have any pain.I have low bleeding during the periods.Kindly look into my problem seriously and suggest me the permanent solution.I am fed up with allopathic medicines.Also i have other doubt, ie Either i have to use any allopathic medicines apart from u’r suggestive medicine.also Find permanent solution for Unwanted hair on my face.I am waiting for u’r reply
