What is the remedy for arthritic pain in knees and legs specially during pregnancy.
Hi, I am Sapna, 34 years old, living in U.S.A. My back pain started 5 years ago during pregnancy. I did physic-therapy but it didn`t help and right now from 8 months I have a pain behind my knees and when I fold my legs and try to open it then I can`t open because its too much pain. Again I took physio therapy and take to many pain killer medicines prescribed by the doctors, but they didn`t help and then they did the x-ray for my both knees. They say I have arthritis in my right knee so this pain starts from back of my knees and go all the way down to my feet and its really painful specially in the morning time when I wake up from the bed and put my feet on the floor. It`s really painful and they says I have a blockage in my legs and maybe I am pregnant right now can you give me the best solution because I am going to gain weight during pregnancy so its more difficult to survive. Here doctors not allowed any type of medication during pregnancy please help me in this. Waits for your early reply. Thanks
