I am suffering from the addiction of hast- maithun (by hand) or masturbation. I am doing this from last seven years. I am of 21 and I m doing this from the age of 14. Now my penis is not standing from last 5-6 months. I want to get my sexual powers back? kindly suggest me what to do?
