What is the treatment for foul smelling vagina?

For more than five years I’ve been having these foul smelling odor from my vagina. Since then I’ve been having various types of treatment but the smell keeps returning my partner received treatment as well. I had a test for gonorrhea and clamydia which were negative. Recently I found a sore area on my vagina that lasted for a few days. Can anyone help me to what my problem could be?
