What is the treatment for Grade 2 Internal Hemorrhoids?

I read your site in detail and confirm that I have Grade 2 Internal hemorrhoids. I don`t have any pain or any problem except that I bleed (stools)when I put pressure to excrete or when I travel a lot. I don`t want to have any lumps or any bleeding at any cost. Is there any sure shot on the counter medicine that will cure them permanently and effectively ? Please suggest the name of the medicine.
