What is the treatment for uterine fibroids and renal calculi?

Can you suggest if there is cure for uterine Fundal Fibroid size 5 cm and a Renal Calculi for a female who is single and age 35 yrs?

Uterine fibroids are very common in middle and late reproductive aged females. These are also termed as myoma, fibroma and are non cancerous growth from muscle layer of uterus.
