What is the treatment or cream available for oily skin?

Hello,I have very oily skin that is shiny and greasy, you wash it and a couple hours later it comes back. Tried many medication and washes. You have any product for this that helps persistent oily face and I have seen you have a shaving cream that gives a good cleaning and no rash.
