      Hello and greetings from Ayurvediccure.com

Herbal medicines are used for the safe treatment of different diseases as well as to maintain the health of an healthy individual. You are taking several herbal medicines to maintain your health. We appreciate your concern about your health. But taking so many medicines together and that to in such a high dose is not necessary. For maintenance doses we recommend you to take 500 to 100 mg of each medicine in a day. Taking any two or three supplements is enough and there is no need to overload your digestive system with unnecessary medication. So we recommend you to take one capsule of 500 mg of each supplement daily to maintain and improve your health. Keep your diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. Take four liters of water daily. Make a routine of morning or evening walks to keep yourself fit and active. Further queries are welcome.

      Regards
